SARA, a "Scanning and Reading Appliance", is designed for Blind and Low Vision people who want to easily read books, recipes, newspapers, mail, etc. Vera takes a picture of the page you want to read and then reads it in English (or select Spanish or French). The Television Converter Option allows you to view the text on a TV or computer monitor. Use the Keypad to easily navigate a page for reading all or part of the text . Use other keys to create files, save documents, adjust text size and color or call up the HELP Mode to announce key functions. Power cables and manuals are provided and there is a one year warranty.
