Automatically threads large or thin needles. Place the head of the needle into the post or duct, sharp end up. Lay the thread along the base of the groove, short end forward. Push the knob slowly towards the post until the plate pushes the thread out the side. Release the knob. Pull the thread loop until the short end comes out. Pull the needle out of the duct holding the threaded portion near the eye so as to not pull the thread out. Can do double strand, too.
